A BEVEY OF BURGERS
RACHEL GILLMAN
ROCKIT ROCKIT BURGER
In order to fully appreciate the summer sunshine, restaurants citywide are opening their patios for good old fashion BBQs. No grill would be fulfilled without producing a classic hamburger. However, you can barely recognize this favorite. You’ll no longer be succumbed to a thin patty and flat bread. Foodies are using gourmet, ultra fresh and creative ingredients to produce a hamburger renovation! This revival is pleasing diners’ palates citywide. Some popular trends associated with these griddle goodies include: ciabatta bread, Kobe beef, seafood patties, chipotle chilies, blue cheese, caramelized ingredients and truffle oil.
